7-31-23 HR PRO UPDATE - A month ago I thought it was crazy that half the year was over. And here we are with another month gone!! I hope you’ve all been well and I am continually grateful for your interest. I continue to take steps to get our name and services out there so we can get some sales and some work! Since last week, here’s the progress we’ve made:

  • I enrolled in LinkedIN Sales Navigator and am putting together an action plan to target buyers

  • I purchased a 25,000 email marketing campaign from PA Business Central

  • I was asked to contribute a quarterly article about HR Compliance to a major, in-state Business Publication

  • After joining several mid-state PA Chambers of Commerce, I’ve been scheduled to provide the December Member Presentation which will be “The Top Ten HR Things to Think About for 2024”

  • Our company LinkedIN pages are adding new Followers:

    • GetHRready - 183 Followers in just under a month!

    • HR4ALL - 85 Followers

    • JustHRhandbooks - 34 Followers

    • JustHRhotlines - 35 Followers

    • JustHRaudits - 35 Followers

    • Using Linked IN’s Boost Campaign, the post about our Lifetime Handbook Service on the JustHRhandbooks Linked IN page have been pushed out to over 90,000 Linked IN subscribers

    NEXT STEPS: I am configuring my Zoom Account to establish standing links for pre-scheduled calls for the HRPROs. I’ll setup a weekly meeting for general information and to go through the HRPRO Roadmap and another for discussions about networking, marketing and sales efforts we can all undertake to get more work.
